Your home is protected by a third-party structural home warranty from Maverick. Maverick partners with builders that meet the industry's highest quality standards, so your coverage is backed for workmanship, systems, and structure.
1YEAR
Workmanship
Surety-type coverage that backs the builder's warranty for defects in workmanship and materials. Covered components that don't meet the established Construction Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or you may be paid the cost of repair or replacement.
